GRAVITY GAME LINK TOS (Term Of Service)

GRAVITY GAME LINK provides an online community game service that you are about to access. By using the provided services, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Users who agree to this TOS will be subject to all the rules contained within the TOS. These TOS rules also apply to all game services provided by PT. Gravity Game Link through the Gravity Game Link Game Website (https://gnjoy.id).

  2. You must first register an ID to use the services of PT. Gravity Game Link, where you must provide accurate and complete data. You are responsible for the data you provide. PT. Gravity Game Link is not responsible for any issues arising due to errors in filling out the ID registration data.

  3. All information and personal data you provide to PT. Gravity Game Link will be kept confidential, and PT. Gravity Game Link will not share this information with other parties except with PT. Gravity Game Link’s business partners in providing services to you.

  4. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID, password, and personal codes. You are also responsible for all activities carried out using that ID.

  5. You must take preventive measures and maintain the stability of your operating system and the security of your computer data. PT. Gravity Game Link is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by viruses, spyware, or hacking attempts from other parties to steal your data.

  6. In accordance with provisions no. 4 and no. 5, PT. Gravity Game Link is not responsible for lost IDs or passwords due to hacking, keyloggers, fraud, or your own negligence.

  7. All characters, items, and elements contained in the games provided by Gravity Game Link belong to the Developer and Copyright Owner. If the game service is discontinued, all such items will be returned to the developer.

  8. You are not allowed to use the website, forum, or game services provided by Gravity Game Link to promote or conduct commercial activities.

  9. PT. Gravity Game Link has the right to reject or delete any ID name, character name, or guild name used if deemed to violate the law, offend ethnicity, religion, race, contain pornography, or contradict the norms applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.

  10. PT. Gravity Game Link has the right to modify or delete any content on the website, forum, or in-game messages that, based on its assessment, violate the agreed rules in this agreement, break the law, violate social norms, are threatening, or infringe on the rights of others, including but not limited to: - Messages promoting violence, hatred, physical threats, drug use, harassment, insults, and offensive remarks about ethnicity, religion, and race, or violating prevailing norms. - Messages containing methods, instructions, or techniques for committing illegal activities, terrorism, hacking, cracking, etc. - Commercial, promotional, and advertorial messages. - Messages deemed inappropriate.

  11. You are required to comply with the regulations set by PT. Gravity Game Link. PT. Gravity Game Link has the right to impose sanctions or even block the ID of players who violate the rules.

  12. You are prohibited from sending, distributing, or reproducing in any form all trademarked, intellectual property, or patented materials, or materials owned by PT. Gravity Game Link without written permission from PT. Gravity Game Link. This also applies to materials that have trademarks, patents, and intellectual property rights from other companies that may be found on the website, in games, or any related accessories.

  13. The software, website, and other facilities provided by PT. Gravity Game Link are the absolute property of PT. Gravity Game Link and its business partners. Therefore, improper use is prohibited.

  14. You agree to use the services provided by PT. Gravity Game Link and only use the client program provided, distributed, and disseminated by PT. Gravity Game Link and its business partners, whether through CDs, websites, or other media.

  15. You agree not to use facilities, servers, and networks used for PT. Gravity Game Link’s services to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks. PT. Gravity Game Link has the right to take legal action (civil or criminal) against you if you violate this.

  16. PT. Gravity Game Link is not responsible for any losses you may incur due to actions, behavior, and messages you send within the game, as well as messages posted on the website/forum.

  17. PT. Gravity Game Link has the right to take legal action against violations of this TOS or actions deemed to harm PT. Gravity Game Link as the service provider license holder if necessary.

  18. The provided services are not entirely free from errors or mistakes. System errors may occur at any time due to internet connection issues, power outages, hardware problems, natural disasters, or issues with the service program itself.

  19. PT. Gravity Game Link has the right to limit or terminate services at any time without prior notice (an explanation of the issue may be provided later as per PT. Gravity Game Link’s policy) if there are problems in providing services to users.

  20. PT. Gravity Game Link has the right to terminate online game services at any time with one month’s notice if the cooperation contract with the developer has ended.

  21. PT. Gravity Game Link has the right to change the rules and TOS to improve service quality without prior notice.

  22. You are required to check the provided website regularly to review and understand the contents of this agreement, especially if there are any changes.
